    3. Early intervention for children with special needs is crucial for their development and future success. It typically involves a combination of therapies, educational programs, and support services tailored to the child's specific needs. The goal is to address developmental delays or disabilities as early as possible to maximize the child's potential and improve their quality of life. Early intervention can include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral therapy, and specialized educational programs. The involvement of parents and caregivers is also essential to support the child's progress and well-being.

    4. Preschool arrangements for children with learning disabilities should prioritize inclusion, individualized support, and specialized instruction. This can involve smaller class sizes, specially trained teachers, adaptive curriculum, and assistive technologies. Additionally, creating a supportive environment that fosters acceptance, patience, and understanding among peers is crucial. Regular communication with parents to understand the child's needs and progress is also essential for effective support.
